This role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including screening, interviewing, and selection. You will be managing high-volume recruitment, collaborating with hiring leaders, and supporting inclusive strategies. Engage effectively with various stakeholders to enhance hiring outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to implement inclusive strategies
• Guide leadership throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate candidate reviews and activities promptly
• Partner with HR for positive recruitment experiences
Requirements:
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong background in high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience engaging stakeholders across multiple levels
