Hybrid Talent Consultant

Position: Hybrid Talent Consultant at Adecco
Develop relationships and enhance workplace wellness as a Talent Consultant with Adecco. In this hybrid role, you will connect qualified candidates while working remotely and attending in-office sessions.

Adecco is looking for a Talent Consultant for its local branch. This position combines remote work with essential in-office attendance for training and key tasks. Key responsibilities include relationship building with candidates and clients and collaborating with Central Delivery teams to strengthen the candidate pipeline and fulfill client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with active and passive candidates

• Partner with Central Delivery to diversify candidate pipeline

• Assess candidates for client compatibility

• Coach candidates for successful interviews

• Provide feedback and counseling to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2 to 3 years in a service-oriented role

• Recruitment or HR solutions experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
