Vous serez au cœur de la relation entre les équipes et les enjeux humains, apportant soutien stratégique et opérationnel. Dans ce rôle, vous conseillerez les managers sur les pratiques RH, gérerez des situations complexes et piloterez le cycle de vie RH.
