In this engaging role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the client and candidate experience, utilizing your background in recruitment and human resources. Focus on relationship building, coaching, and retaining talent while working closely with Central Delivery teams to maintain a diverse pipeline. This position offers a great blend of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain regular contact with candidates for retention and wellbeing
• Network extensively to build diverse candidate pipelines
• Identify solutions to meet client hiring needs
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in service-oriented roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Adaptability to changing business needs
