Remote Healthcare Recruiting Executive

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform paired with your own professional network.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest.
  • Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in‑depth screening.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey.
  • Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Earn commission based on the number of meetings arranged, interviews facilitated, and hires resulting from your leads.

What you need to thrive:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and self‑driven attitude; you dictate your schedule, not the other way around.
  • A passion for outreach, connection, and empowering individuals to progress in their careers.
  • No prior recruitment experience is necessary if you possess organization and resourcefulness; we will guide you through the rest.

Your compensation:

  • Commission for every qualified meeting you schedule.
