Title: SAP ABAP/ Success Factors Technical Consultant

Months Contract To Hire
Salary:
Open (INR).
- 5–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP.
- Experience in Success Factors technical integrations using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData.
- Strong experience with Success Factors Employee Central or any other SF module
. - Hands-on experience with IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases
. - Experience with Payroll / Time / HR core integrations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and Success Factors provisioning/instance management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills.
- Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
