Your Responsibilities

  • Focus on Permanent Placements:
    Create long-term value for clients while maximizing your commissions.
  • Engage in Brand Enhancement:
    Join in on thought leadership initiatives to promote both MLR and your personal brand.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 23+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry or a willingness to learn.
  • A proven ability to manage client relationships successfully and close offers.
  • Confidence in navigating ATS and CRM systems (training will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a vision for long-term achievement.
