Hybrid Talent Consultant

Position: Hybrid Talent Consultant Opportunity
Enhance your career as a Hybrid Talent Consultant in one of our local branches. This role focuses on candidate placement and strong customer service for clients and associates.

In this position, you will partner with the Central Delivery team to support recruitment efforts and promote the company brand. You will maintain a flexible working model, combining remote work with in-office training and tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with candidates and clients while ensuring employment continuity and associate wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain relationships with candidates and associates

• Develop diverse candidate pipelines through networking

• Assess candidates for qualification and compatibility

• Co-coach candidates for successful interviews

• Provide feedback and conflict management support to associates

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years in a service-oriented role

• Experience in Human Resources solutions preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
