Human Resources Partner at MiTek

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Join MiTek Canada as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on manufacturing. You'll oversee employee relations, recruitment, and HR initiatives at our Bradford office with a mix of remote work.

This full-time position supports HR functions across multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations. You will work closely with Supervisors and Managers to foster strong employee relations and ensure compliance with policies.

Your role will also involve recruitment for front-line positions and coordination of HR programs to enhance talent management and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee relations and foster a positive culture

• Lead recruitment and onboarding for all front-line positions

• Guide managers on performance management and conflict resolution

• Coordinate HR initiatives and talent programs across locations

• Manage Workday HRIS entries and generate reports

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources required

• 1-3 years HR experience in manufacturing environments

• Background in employee relations and HRIS, preferably Workday

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
