THE ROLE
The Recruitment Specialist leads full‑cycle hiring activities, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and secure top talent. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience, maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation, and building sustainable talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and LicensesCollege diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field AND several years of experience in human resources management, recruitment & selection, or a related field.
Experience- In planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment and selection services
- In applying policies, procedures and regulations
- In working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- In tracking, screening, and maintaining records
- In designing, developing, populating, and maintaining databases
- In preparing correspondence and reports
- In compiling data
- In planning and conducting presentations

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
