You will be a critical player, acting as the primary advisor on employee relations matters and supporting leaders with navigating complex workplace dynamics. This visible role blends strategy with hands-on responsibilities, including investigations and policy development, while partnering with HR, Legal, and operational leaders to ensure consistent employee support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations on various employee concerns
• Coach managers through performance management techniques
• Engage with Legal on compliance issues and safety matters
• Create standard processes for employee relations
• Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements
Requirements:
• 4–6+ years in employee relations or related HR roles
• Proven expertise in workplace investigations
• Understanding of US employment law
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Experience in multi-country employee relations context is a plus
Drive consistency and fairness in employee relations across a diverse and evolving team environment.
