• Schedule interviews between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for more comprehensive screening
• Follow up on leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist throughout their hiring journey
• Keep meticulous and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
