Job Summary:

In this role, you will recruit and place healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process. The Remote Medical Recruiter supports healthcare organizations by connecting qualified professionals with open roles and plays an important role in building strong candidate pipelines for nursing, allied health, physician, and healthcare support positions. This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven recruiter seeking a commission-based healthcare recruiting role with unlimited earning potential, including the opportunity to support clients with large-scale hiring needs and significant healthcare staffing revenue potential.

Remote Medical Recruiter Pay & Details:
Pay range: 100% commission-based compensation with high commission splits

Remote Medical Recruiter Duties:
Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and healthcare technicians to support healthcare staffing needs Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role alignment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through interview coordination and offer stage Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple healthcare specialties and geographic markets Network with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to identify qualified candidates and expand recruiting reach Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to match qualified candidates with open healthcare positions

Remote Medical Recruiter Requirements:

Required:

1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship skills Ability to work independently in a commission-based recruiting environment Preferred:
Healthcare recruiting experience (nursing, allied health, physician recruitment, or medical staffing) Experience recruiting across multiple states or healthcare specialties
