In this administrative role, you will manage various tasks related to employee benefits and pension programs for a Canadian workforce. Collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams is essential as you oversee enrollments, changes, and inquiries from clients and employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and audit benefits programs and enrollments

• Engage vendors to solve administrative challenges

• Prepare and manage benefits reporting regularly

• Support benefits renewal and communication efforts

• Conduct orientations and training sessions for benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field

• At least 2 years' experience in HR or Benefits

• Familiarity with Canadian pension programs required

• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
