Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Searches, managing the process from inception to finalization.
  • Serve as a Trusted Client Partner, grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
  • Employ Strategic Sourcing through our proprietary CRM/ATS, along with your existing network and tools including a unique communications platform.
  • Utilize Our Advanced Platform to handle candidate management, monitor outreach efforts, automate communications, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure long-term satisfaction for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership to propel our brand forward as well as amplify yours.

  • Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our platform).
  • Aspirational mindset with a desire to build a lasting framework.
