Retell AI is seeking a Contract Recruiter to help scale hiring across technical and go‑to‑market teams. This remote role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify and engage talent while maintaining a high hiring standard during rapid growth.
You will manage the recruiting process from kickoff to offer stage, ensuring a great candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience in technical or product roles and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Compensation ranges from $35–$45 per hour plus a placement bonus.
