We are looking for dynamic recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of experience, specifically in placing banking professionals and NBFC roles. This is a fantastic work‑from‑home opportunity where you'll engage with top talent, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, and partner closely with hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Banking and NBFC positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in either banking or NBFC sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a growth mindset.
