Position: Recruitment Consultant - US (Remote)

Wilson is seeking a motivated, consultative, and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative and dynamic team.

In this role, you will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting‑edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent and achieve the critical recruiting needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
  • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates.
  • Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring managers (clients) in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
  • Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates.
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
  • Strong prioritization skills, embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift.
  • Proficient with MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media presence.
Compensation

Salary range: $50,000–$70,000 annually, with bonus/commission opportunities.
