Our client, a Top 50 Electrical Contractor with a national footprint and a growing backlog of high‑profile work, is seeking a Remote Field Recruiter who knows how to find and engage construction talent in the field.

This role is fully remote and built for a recruiter who thrives on high‑volume, high‑impact hiring. You’ll partner directly with field leadership to fill roles across multiple markets — electricians, foremen and general field leadership.

Construction field recruiting experience is required.

Electrical construction field experience is strongly preferred, but we’re open to recruiters from any field construction discipline who can deliver results.

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for field construction roles across multiple regions.
• Source and pipeline candidates using a mix of job boards, referrals, outreach, networking, and market mapping.
• Actively recruit in the field mindset—understanding jobsite needs, union/non‑union dynamics, travel expectations, and local labor markets.
• Schedule candidate interviews quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates,
  keeping them warm and engaged through the hiring process.
• Partner with project teams to anticipate workforce needs
  , staffing ramps, and urgent fills.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the ATS/CRM.
• Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions, reinforcing our client’s brand as a top‑tier contractor.

• Construction field recruiting experience (REQUIRED).
• You’ve recruited trades, field crews, superintendents, foremen, or similar construction roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates proactively
  , not just post‑and‑pray.
• Experience recruiting for high‑volume, fast‑moving field operations.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills—comfortable building trust quickly with field talent.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles across locations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying highly responsive to field leaders.
