As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations matters. Your strong conflict resolution skills will aid in managing high-level cases, supporting managers, and mitigating risk during organizational changes. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Tier 3 employee relations cases and investigations
• Provide ongoing coaching to people managers
• Advise on risk mitigation during organizational changes
• Review HR processes for consistency and insights
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor standards
• Bilingual English and French is a requirement
• Strong partnership building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
