This role demands a seasoned recruiter with over 6 years of experience in fast-paced environments. You will engage with candidates creatively and align with hiring managers to navigate the challenges of recruitment in a chaotic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for Sales/GTM roles

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies

• Convert passive candidates through market positioning

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on decision-making

• Handle high req loads while ensuring candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of recruiting experience

• Proven success in Sales recruiting

• Strong talent sourcing skills

• Ability to communicate effectively, especially with leaders

• Familiarity with tools like Slack and Google Workspace
