Lead a tenured HR team as the Sr. Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of a team supporting multiple sites. As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Direct HR functions by aligning departmental goals with company objectives, driving cross-functional collaboration and business-minded workforce development.
  • Management & Employee Coaching: Serve as the primary HR advisor, providing trusted coaching, conflict resolution, and guidance on complex performance management and compliance matters.
  • Comprehensive Leave Management: Oversee all leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Disability, USERRA), lead the interactive ADA process, and coordinate with payroll and benefits for a seamless employee experience.
  • Policy & SOP Ownership: Develop, document, and continuously improve HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risk and ensure total data integrity.
  • Employee Relations & Investigations: Direct fair, timely employee relations investigations, collaborating with leadership to deliver consistent, policy-based resolutions and corrective actions.
  • Performance & Talent Development: Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and promotion processes, using data-driven trends to recommend organizational improvements.
  • Compliance & Legal Monitoring: Proactively monitor federal and state legal developments to keep the organization compliant, serving as a backup for Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Insurance.
  • Training Delivery: Create and deliver training programs for managers and employees regarding new policies, handbooks, compliance, and Drug-Free Workplace (DFWP) requirements.
  • HR Analytics & Audits: Lead data collection and reporting for compliance audits, leveraging internal metrics (turnover, engagement) to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Partner & Project Leader: Build strong relationships across all organizational levels, representing HR in strategic planning and leading projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction.
Qualified candidates will be able to take ownership of and prioritize projects, have change management skills, be collaborative and enjoy coaching and mentoring teams and managers. REQUIREMENTS for the Sr. Human Resources Manager:

1. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, an Associate's degree is required

2. At least five years in a similar HR leadership role

3. Experience overseeing a team of HR professionals

4.

Experience with Workers' Compensation

5. Experience leading employee relations, including investigations, conflict management, etc.

6. Experience overseeing benefits administration

7. Microsoft Office experience

Skills preferred but NOT required:
1. HR certifications
