Role OverviewWe are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This is a 100% commission-only role designed for a "hunter" who wants the freedom of a remote environment and the financial upside of a high-split commission structure. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing and closing.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Proactively identify and land new client accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, deeply understanding their hiring needs and culture.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent for various roles, ensuring a high-quality match.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and fee agreements with both candidates and clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (CATS) to ensure a streamlined workflow and data integrity.
Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting, specifically in a "Full Desk" capacity.
Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure; you are motivated by results and uncapped earning potential.

Skills:
Proficient in using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean searches to find "purple squirrels."Strong Sales Acumen: Ability to pitch staffing services to C-suite executives and hiring managers.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
