Job Summary
A growing national business services organization is seeking a Talent Program Specialist to support high‑impact talent management, performance, leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a data‑driven HR professional who enjoys building programs that improve engagement, strengthen career pathways, and help leaders make informed talent decisions.
The Talent Program Specialist will work closely with HR, business leaders, and cross‑functional partners to design and manage programs that support employee development, recognition, performance management, and long‑term workforce planning. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a values‑driven culture focused on quality, integrity, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage talent programs that support engagement, recognition, performance management, career pathing, and employee growth.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reporting, analytics, program improvements, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to leadership development, high‑potential programs, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyze talent program data, build dashboards, and deliver insights related to retention, productivity, performance, and engagement.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, facilitation activities, vendor relationships, budgets, and program logistics.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to promote talent initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
