Gofractional is seeking a part-time Recruiter/Sourcer embedded with a remote in-house legal recruiting team. This role involves top-of-funnel attorney recruiting for larger SMB and enterprise clients. Candidates will manage job postings, proactively source candidates, conduct phone screenings, and maintain ATS records.
The ideal applicant should have experience with recruiting licensed professionals and be comfortable working flexibly within U.S. business hours. The commitment is approximately 10-20 hours per week with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates.
