We're looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.
Time: :30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)
Duration: :3-4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Remote (US-based)
Comp: Competitive hourly rate
Roles you'll recruit for:
- Medical Writers
- Account Executive
- Assistant Medical Writer
- Business Development Coordinator
- Project Coordinator
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
✔ Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
✔ Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and Linked In Recruiter
✔ Prioritizes quality over volume
