Position: Talent Operations Coordinator 100% Remote

About the job

The Talent Operations Coordinator supports the recruiting and hiring processes by preparing offer packages, ensuring candidate documentation is complete, and managing compliance tasks such as background checks. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and compliant hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send offer letters and related hiring documents to candidates.
  • Collect and verify required candidate documentation (IDs, certifications, work authorization, etc.).
  • Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other compliance screenings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR documentation systems.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely processing of offers and pre-employment steps.
  • Track the status of all pending offers, documentation, and background checks, providing updates to HR and Talent teams.
  • Support process improvements for hiring workflows and compliance.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee and candidate information confidentially.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, HR platforms, or background check tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
