Become a key contributor as a Remote People and Culture Partner with Engaged. Use your strategic HR skills to support organizations and enhance their workplace environments through effective solutions.
This role, based in the Greater Victoria area, requires an accredited HR professional with at least five years of experience. You will consult with various clients, assisting in recruitment efforts, formulating HR strategies, and providing expert advice to executive teams. Your ability to build relationships will be essential in driving meaningful change across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise client leaders on HR best practices
• Strategically implement impactful HR solutions
• Support all aspects of day-to-day HR management
• Offer consultations on HR challenges and solutions
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or Manager experience
• Proven ability to foster positive relationships
• Clarity in managing complex HR situations
• Experience with the complete employee lifecycle
• Must be willing to travel locally in Greater Victoria
