Aboutthe Role
Future Secure AI is looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll work with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to create a positive hiring experience, focusing on interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and administrative work within our applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule video call and onsite interview requests across a variety of hiring teams at our home office as well as remote offices.
- Work with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate calendars and balance interview loads across interviewers.
- Assist with scheduling changes and cancellations, ensuring the candidate experience remains positive and the process stays fast and efficient.
- Maintain accurate interview status documentation within our applicant tracking system.
- Support staffing tasks such as job posting and offer generation.
- Communicate changes internally and externally to keep all parties up to date on interview status.
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple sites and time zones.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and manage competing priorities during schedule changes and cancellations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in a tech startup environment.
