Future Secure AI is looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll work with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to create a positive hiring experience, focusing on interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and administrative work within our applicant tracking system.

• Coordinate and schedule video call and onsite interview requests across a variety of hiring teams at our home office as well as remote offices.
• Work with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate calendars and balance interview loads across interviewers.
• Assist with scheduling changes and cancellations, ensuring the candidate experience remains positive and the process stays fast and efficient.
• Maintain accurate interview status documentation within our applicant tracking system.
• Support staffing tasks such as job posting and offer generation.
• Communicate changes internally and externally to keep all parties up to date on interview status.

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple sites and time zones.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and manage competing priorities during schedule changes and cancellations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
