Senior Recruiter

Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a permanent position in Plano, TX
. Candidates in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area are preferred but will consider candidates in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Ashburn, VA. This position will be in-office or remote based on location.

• Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline
• Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements
• Drive "white glove" recruiting and onboarding experience in alignment with HR
• Enhance current recruiting processes for maximum ROI
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team
• Drive productivity enhancements to meet goals of growing company

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of full‑cycle, direct sourcing and recruiting experience, across multiple disciplines
• Workday recruiting experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Construction, and/or Real Estate positions is REQUIRED.
• Must have experience working for a recruiting or staffing firm and be comfortable with high‑volume recruiting requirements.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills in addition to strong time management and organizational skills.
