Client is looking to onboard a HRIS Analyst Contractor, to work in remotely from the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro or SW Metro area. This role will be Monday - Friday / 30-35 hours per week. The role is to cover an associate on medical leave and will not lead to a full-time position. We are looking for coverage late June / early July, thru potentially the end of October.
HighLevel Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
- Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
- Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 3-5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Integrations (CCB preferred)
