Position: Labour Relations Business Partner Hybrid Role
Join DCM as a Labour Relations Business Partner, focusing on unionized environments in Montreal and Drummondville, QC. This hybrid full-time position requires bilingual capability in English and French.

You will play an essential role by acting as a liaison between management and union representatives, ensuring compliance with all collective bargaining agreements and fostering positive employee relations. Your wealth of experience will help drive training initiatives and manage grievance processes effectively. You will be key in supporting DCM during collective bargaining negotiations and providing expert advice to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer collective bargaining agreements with clarity

• Partner with HR on initiatives aligned with business goals

• Lead training sessions for effective union management

• Conduct investigations into workplace grievances

• Oversee grievance and arbitration protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, or a related area

• 3–7+ years of relevant HR experience

• Strong skills in grievance management and negotiation

• Comprehensive knowledge of labour law and contract interpretation

• Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
