Take on the role of HR Advisor at HFHT in Hamilton with a flexible hybrid schedule. Your expertise in human resources will be vital in fostering engagement and effective talent management.
With 3-5 years of experience, you will implement HR strategies that align with HFHT’s vision. Providing insights on employee relations, you will coach leaders, respond to inquiries, and improve the overall employee experience. This role will also see you analyzing trends to optimize compensation structures and championing a values-based culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hands-on talent acquisition for client groups
• Offer coaching and support for conflict resolution
• Administer and analyze benefits programs
• Respond to HR inquiries efficiently
• Develop training programs based on assessed needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years as an HR Advisor, mainly in healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or similar field
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
• Adaptable communication skills for all levels
• Detail-oriented with strong IT proficiency
