About this position
Working at TNO means contributing to solutions for the major societal challenges of today and tomorrow. We do this together with more than 5,500 colleagues, each bringing their own area of expertise. Within TNO, we continuously work towards building a future‑proof and transparent organization. A clear and carefully designed job architecture and a consistent compensation structure are essential to this. They form the foundation for fair and market‑aligned remuneration, internal mobility, and trust within the organization.
To ensure this sustainably, we are creating the new position of Specialist Job Evaluation and Compensation within the Labour Affairs department. You will develop clear frameworks and procedures for handling job changes and job re‑evaluations. You will define how processes are organized, bring structure to the way of working, and ensure careful and consistent application in practice.
In addition, you will identify opportunities for improvement within the job architecture and compensation policies, translate these into concrete proposals and projects, and take ownership of their implementation.
