Always Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency providing community home-based services with compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life. We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter with knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience hiring for multiple disciplines.

• Identify, source, and attract qualified RNs, LPNs, and Allied Health professionals to fill contracts across New York.
• Collaborate with company leaders to support business growth and identify new recruitment avenues.
• Develop job specifications based on new and current business needs.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Search databases and social media to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection processes.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets.
• Onboard new hires to ensure full integration.
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the recruitment cycle and after hire.

• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare organization, with clear understanding of clinical skilled workers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Ulti Pro technology is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
• Professional communication, organization, and high level of attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full‑time (In‑person, Non‑Remote)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus compensation

Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm
