Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 to join our esteemed Aeronautics sector. This pivotal role is dedicated to building high‑performing teams that drive innovation in aerospace technology. As a key partner to business leaders, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment efforts, sourcing top technical and non‑technical talent, and shaping the future workforce of the organization. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within a commutable distance to San Diego, Palmdale, or El Segundo, with occasional onboarding or engagement activities onsite.

Required

Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical recruiting across engineering disciplines or non‑technical fields such as business or operations
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance
  • Strong understanding of market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers using data‑driven insights
  • Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, systems, or software engineering roles
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in talent acquisition
  • Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines proactively
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or matrixed team environments
  • Strong networking skills and passion for recruiting trends and best practices
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience, or 6+ years of relevant recruiting experience without a degree
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work EST core hours (8 AM – 5 PM local time)
  • Willingness to support occasional local events onsite in Palmdale, El Segundo, or San Diego
  • Valid U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain one
