Sourcer & Talent Insights Specialist – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast‑growing, private, full‑service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We’re investing in a high‑performing Talent Acquisition function to support our next phase of growth.

We are looking for a Sourcer & Talent Insights Specialist who does more than just fill seats. You will be a talent advisor who thrives at the intersection of data and recruitment, leading the delivery of external talent insights and market intelligence to inform our hiring strategy.

• Lead Talent Intelligence: develop and present complex talent mapping projects and external market insights, identifying talent availability, competitor movements, and opportunities for talent attraction.
• Strategic Sourcing: execute high‑level sourcing strategies for critical and specialized roles across the organization, serving as the sourcing leader and providing expert recommendations to business leaders and recruiters.
• Act as a Talent Advisor: leverage research and data analysis techniques to provide actionable recommendations, telling the story of the talent landscape to our hiring teams.
• Build Future Capability: use talent intelligence tools to inform wider talent attraction strategies and help the business understand what skills are needed for the future.

  Experience:
  
  conduct sophisticated phone screens and research‑based outreach, ensuring candidates and hiring managers view you as a subject‑matter expert in the talent market.
• Recruit for open roles as needed, managing the full recruitment process when necessary to support the Talent Acquisition team.

• The Insights Mindset: experience with talent mapping and using data to influence hiring decisions.
• Advanced Sourcing
  
  Skills:
  
  3–5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in‑house), power user of Linked In Recruiter and other specialized sourcing/intelligence tools.
• Analytical Rigor: ability to translate market data into clear, visual presentations and strategic advice for senior leadership.
• Ownership & Strategy: thrives in a strategic role with high autonomy and strong visual/analytical skills.
• Communication: exceptional visual and verbal communication skills, able to present complex data for general understanding and analytical purposes.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $75,000.00. The starting annual on‑target earnings are between $75,000 – $90,000. Final salary will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. The salary range is flexible and negotiable.
