Position: Senior HR Business Partner Hybrid Role
Drive employee relations and learning initiatives as a Senior HR Business Partner with Advantage Group International. This hybrid position focuses on strategic insights, compliance, and talent development.

Advantage Group International is expanding its global HR capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to bridge gaps in complex employee relations and learning & development.

The right candidate will possess strong judgment and creativity to manage sensitive HR matters while designing effective L&D programs that enhance team capabilities.

• Manage sensitive employee relations issues and performance improvements

• Design and deliver a comprehensive learning and development framework

• Build strategic partnerships with leaders across business areas

• Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend actions

• Oversee HR processes ensuring compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regional employment laws

• Proven ability to analyze and interpret HR data
