Benefits Administrator Position

Position: Benefits Administrator Position - Hybrid Role
Take the lead as a Benefits Administrator within a hybrid work environment based in Toronto, Ontario. This contract role requires extensive experience in benefits and pension administration.

As a Benefits and Pension Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting U.S. and Canadian employee benefits programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate operations for medical, dental, and vision benefits

• Act as primary contact for vendors and troubleshooting

• Manage the annual Open Enrollment process

• Administer U.S. 401(k) plans efficiently

• Handle statutory reporting and leave administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration

• Minimum of 12 years in benefits and pension administration

• Proficient in HRIS platforms like Workday

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
