We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a commission-only position ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, networking, and recruitment.

As a 360 Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement — across one or more of our core verticals.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your industry vertical.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of leads.
• Partner with sourcing specialists and marketing to increase visibility and attract top talent.
• Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
• Deliver measurable results through placements, repeat business, and referral generation.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (preferred but not required).
