Position: Benefits Administrator for Hybrid Role
Step into the role of Benefits Coordinator at Lakeshore Talent, where you’ll administer benefits and pension programs in a hybrid or fully remote role in Ontario. Prioritize client service and administrative excellence each day.

This direct hire position is pivotal for managing group benefits for a Canadian workforce. You will execute tasks related to enrollment, changes, and communication with employees, clients, and vendors while tracking essential documents. Strong attention to detail is crucial as you collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage group benefits enrollments and employee inquiries

• Oversee RRSP enrollments across various pay cycles

• Coordinate contributions to health spending accounts

• Audit benefit deductions and maintain accurate records

• Prepare regular billing and program reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Benefits or HR within Canada

• Familiarity with pension programs and renewals

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
