• Connect with early career candidates and passive applicants

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of talent

• Cooperate closely with recruiters and HR for recruitment success

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience

• Proven record in high-volume hiring contexts

• Strong skills in headhunting and sourcing

• Retail hiring expertise is highly desirable

• Knowledge of ATS tools such as Workday is a plus
