With over five years of recruitment and client-facing experience, you will drive effective recruitment strategies and communicate client value propositions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create multi-channel strategies for candidate sourcing

• Conduct timely interactions with clients professionally

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Manage recruitment processes following client agreements

• Utilize competency interviewing in the shortlist process

Requirements:

• Must be on-site 3 days per week

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• 5+ years client-facing experience with hiring managers

• 5+ years of competency-based interview experience

• High school diploma minimum
