HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
Join a detail‑oriented, organized, and empathetic People & Culture Employee Relations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting global employment initiatives and ensuring immigration compliance. You will collaborate with a dynamic team across regions, working closely with the Senior Immigration Manager, People & Culture teams, external counsel, visa holders, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant case coordination. In this role, you will contribute directly to a strong employee and stakeholder experience by providing timely and effective support for employment‑based immigration matters across the Americas.

What role will you play?In this role, you will coordinate end‑to‑end employment‑based immigration processes across the Americas, including new hires, transfers, extensions, amendments, permanent residence cases, H1B lottery filings, and RFEs, while partnering closely with employees, People and Culture teams, business stakeholders, and external counsel. You will serve as a trusted point of contact by providing clear, timely, and empathetic guidance, managing case data and timelines, supporting compliance activities such as Labor Condition Applications and documentation, and assisting with cost estimates and business approvals.
Beyond day‑to‑day case execution, you will bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a flexible mindset to improving immigration processes and evolving the broader Employee Relations function, with opportunity to grow into areas such as Global Mobility and Employment Relations over time.
Salary range for this position: $72,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. WhatYou Offer
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in immigration coordination, legal, paralegal, employee mobility, or employee relations roles.
- Strong organizational skills, case management expertise, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Experience with HR, case management, or tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft tools, HRIS, immigration platforms).
- Comfort working with confidential information and complex stakeholder groups, with a high level of client service orientation.
- A collaborative team mentality, strategic thinking, and genuine interest in employee relations, people issues, and risk management.
