Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on administration of collective agreements

• Represent management in mediation and arbitration processes

• Develop labour relations programs and policies

• Provide training on labour relations issues

• Stay updated on relevant employment legislation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, or Law

• Five years of related experience in a law firm or labour relations

• Proven investigative skills and attention to detail

• Ability to keep information confidential

• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
