Position: HR Advisor Role at Blackwater Mine

Artemis Gold is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor at the Blackwater Mine site. Oversee HR operations focused on recruitment, employee relations, and safety compliance in a 2 weeks on/off rotation.

In this pivotal position, report to the VP - Commercial, Major Projects, managing human resources functions across various capital projects. Ensure that recruitment processes champion diversity while addressing workplace safety and employee well-being.

Your role is essential in nurturing the company's culture and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce BW Gold safety standards and compliance

• Facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring candidate engagement

• Design and implement workforce planning strategies

• Lead training, performance reviews, and HR communications

• Conduct exit interviews to identify trends for improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience in the mining sector

• Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfort in a remote work environment
