Benefits Administration
- Manage end-to-end group insurance enrolment, updates, and offboarding
- Administer employee benefits programmes including
- Serve as a go-to resource for benefits‑related queries and communications
- Support work pass applications and renewals
- Handle employee requests across leave management and remote working arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with data integrity standards
- Deliver responsive, customer‑focused support for HR‑related enquiries
- Assist with payroll data preparation, including leave records and claims inputs
- Coordinate statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and tax filing
- Ensure all payroll documentation is properly maintained for audit readiness
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or an administrative HR role
- Familiarity with Workday and/or payroll systems will be an advantage
