SRF in Bern sucht eine:n HR-Partner:in per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung bis 31. Dezember 2027. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für sämtliche HR-Prozesse zuständig und agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Management und Mitarbeitenden während einer Transformationsphase.
Sie bringen mehrere Jahre HR-Beratungserfahrung mit und haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse. Die Position bietet ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und der Option auf Home-Office.
