Join a dynamic agriculture company as an Intermediate Recruiter, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for their retail sectors. This hybrid contract position allows you to work both onsite and remotely while driving talent acquisition.
Our client seeks an experienced recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across corporate and retail business units. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to secure high-performing candidates while ensuring a strong focus on inclusion. This role encompasses four 10-hour shifts weekly, offering work-life balance through a combination of onsite and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently deliver top talent for retail business needs
• Oversee candidate short-listing, interviewing, and selection
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies
• Coach and guide hiring leaders throughout the process
• Facilitate timely candidate reviews with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields preferred
• Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders
Drive impactful hiring processes that support organizational goals in a hybrid work model.
