Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Pay: $22 - $28 per hour

Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

• Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date
• Supporting recruiting activities, onboarding, and offboarding workflows
• Assisting with benefits administration and handling employee questions
• Tracking attendance, PTO, and leave data to keep HR records current
• Coordinating training, performance review logistics, and other HR initiatives

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–3 years of HR experience or a related degree
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Professional communication skills and a friendly, service-minded approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

This position is on‑site in Fenton and offers a flexible schedule after initial onboarding: 3–6 months in the office and then 1 day work from home weekly.
